facility in Calvert City, KY. AES Kentucky is a fully permitted treatment, storage and
disposal facility for various types of waste. With a storge capacity of over 5,000 drums,

American Environmental Services, Inc. purchased the Morgantown, WV facility in March
of 2000. The property was purchased from the Morgantown Industrial Park. The
hazardous waste permit was purchased from Regeneration Technologies in
November of 1999. AES Morgantown is a fully permitted treatment, storage and disposal faility capable of receiving a large variety of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes in drums, totes and bulk.
